Santa Monica State Beach

Santa Monica State Beach

Los Angeles is the City of Angels and a longtime fantasy trip for people all over the world. They see the beaches and Hollywood and know that glamour can't be far away... until they arrive and see how far the walk is without a car. The city that thrives beneath the glitz and Days of Our Lives scenes is a gritty city that I know and love. Filled with DGAF attitudes, club kids, a multi-cultural summit of people and tons of delicious food. But first... we smoke. Check out all my tips for the queer stoner tourists below!

 Biscotti Brands

Biscotti Brands

I almost cried after my first visit to Medmen in West Hollywood. Jk... It is a great concept but OMG I have never been more offended by prices. They are a chain now featured in LA, NY, and NV and consider themselves to be quite the ground breakers, when in all honesty Have a Heart in Seattle is SO MUCH BETTER and literally 1/3 of the price with 5x the product to choose from.  There are other cheaper choices like Zen Healing down the street from Medmen on Santa Monica Blvd. Just depends on what you're looking for. If you're lucky and know someone down there with a hook up... EVEN BETTER. That's where you'll get the best deal! #DimeBagDan

Of the legal strains I tried, definitely get Biscotti Brands Northern Emeralds or DJ's Alpha Omega OG

 Kouign Amann - Dominique Ansel

Literally any taco truck you see, and I hate to say it but I actually get more excited if I can't see a name. I ate maybe 20 tacos over three days and spent maybe $35 on it with drinks. You can't find better lingua anywhere except for maybe San Diego and of course Mexico. Other then those magical tacos, don't miss the following spots in West Hollywood.

Pressed Juicery - SO MANY MORE FLAVORS

Mr. Holmes Bakehouse - Seasonal Croissant or Savory Danish, better than Cronut

Pain au Chocolat - Dominique Ansel
